Terms of Service — Renewra

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Renewra, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

Renewra provides a web-based platform for HVAC companies to manage maintenance contracts, track renewals, and monitor recurring revenue. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when signing up.
One account per business. You may invite team members within your plan limits.

4. Free trial & billing

Your first month is free with no credit card required.
After the free period, continued use requires a paid plan.
We will contact you before any charges begin.
Founding member discounts are locked in for the lifetime of the account.

5. Your data

You own your data. Renewra does not claim ownership of any customer or contract data you enter. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Renewra to store illegal content, attempt to breach platform security, or resell access to third parties without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Renewra is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
